ZenLuck Terms & Conditions

ZenLuck (“we”, “our”, “the App”) is operated by Zenforge Studios (Pty) Ltd, a registered South African company (registration number: 2025 / 391894 / 07) and listed on DUNS. By creating an account, participating in games, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Participation is only permitted if you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Participation is restricted to residents of South Africa only.
- Age verification is conducted at registration. Accounts failing verification are prohibited from playing.
2. Account Registration
- All users must create an account to participate, providing Full Name, Phone Number, and a Unique Username.
- Accounts are required to reduce abuse, ensure fair play, and track participation.
- Users are responsible for accurate account information. ZenLuck is not liable for payments made to incorrect details.
3. Game Mechanics
- ZenLuck offers Plinko and Aviator-style games.
- Users receive entries every 30 minutes by watching a rewarded ad. Each ticket includes 5 entries and R5 for wagering.
- Wagers are placed using entries; users decide how much to wager per round.
- Plinko: Wager multiplied by where the ball lands. Aviator: Users may cash out before plane stops; multiplier at cash-out determines winnings.
- All outcomes are server-determined; in-app visuals do not affect results.
- If a wager is lost, the wager amount is returned to the prize pool.
- If a multiplier exceeds remaining pool funds, payout is capped at remaining balance.
- Queue processing: failed wagers are refunded automatically, including ticket and wager.
- Reward money cannot be withdrawn until at least one round has been played with it.
4. Prize Pool & Transparency
- ZenLuck maintains a global weekly prize pool, visible to all users.
- Contests run Monday through Friday; no contests on weekends.
- Chance of winning increases gradually during the week to encourage engagement.
- The server rotates outcomes to give each player a fair chance of winning.
5. Cash Prizes & Withdrawals
- Minimum payout: R50
- Maximum payout: No limit
- Withdrawals are processed the following week (Monday–Friday).
- Beta testing: 250 players/week; production has no limits.
- Users must provide accurate phone/bank details for payouts; ZenLuck is not responsible for incorrect details.
6. Responsible Play
- Do not abuse ads, tickets, or wagers to gain unfair advantage.
- Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.
- Play responsibly and ethically at all times.
7. Account Management & Fraud Prevention
- ZenLuck reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for cheating, providing false information, or any activity threatening game integrity.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ZenLuck takes full responsibility for app and server downtime or technical issues affecting gameplay.
- ZenLuck is not responsible for incorrect payments due to user-provided information (e.g., wrong phone or bank details).
- Winning is not guaranteed; outcomes are server-controlled and involve chance.
9. Maintenance and Service Interruptions
- Scheduled maintenance or technical interruptions may prevent gameplay temporarily.
- Users will be notified in advance whenever possible.
- Unexpected errors will be addressed promptly, and users notified.
10. Server-Side Mechanics & Prize Pool Transparency
- Outcomes are determined by the server, using a combination of prize pool, active players, wager amount, and probability algorithm.
- Wins are calculated based on wager × multiplier; capped at remaining prize pool if necessary.
- Losses return wager amounts to the prize pool.
- Probability is adjusted dynamically based on pool balance and number of active players.
- Queue processing ensures failed wagers are refunded automatically.
- Chance of winning increases gradually over the contest week (Monday–Friday) for fairness and engagement.
- Example: A wager of R5 with a 3× multiplier pays R15 if sufficient pool funds exist; pool is updated accordingly.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- ZenLuck may update these Terms periodically.
- Material changes will be posted in-app or via email.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
